DONT Pre-Order BFBC2 from Zaps....... Rather go to Take 2!

Myself and many other individuals on this site can vouch for Zaps and the outstanding service they provide, so take your immature comments and GTFO. This is by no means Zaps fault.

Take your money to take 2 then and pay the R30 delivery fee, but if I were you I would save the money all together and put it towards a new attitude cause the current one you have sucks.

Loads of sites make you pay in full on a preorder. A preorder is just a regular order made in advance of the item's availability. Nobody's lying, there are simply different business models here.

I have only heard good things about zaps I don't shop there personally since I don't like the layout, and if that lady admitted to making a mistake its no reason to go overboard with it.
You could have ask them to cancel your preorder and let them add on there website that the beta key's are finished(not good business sense but good customer sense.)

And pre-order it from someplace else. Or contacted them first before placing your preorder to make sure you get a beta key.

Bonita made a mistake,apologized to you and agreed that this was a free delivery item within 5 minutes.

I agree about the layout being bad. I dont know wtf is going on in their store...So I stick to take2's simple layout

Let's not continue to drag the good name of a company through the mud over an issue that was clearly a misunderstanding, especially one that Zaps apologised for and rectified.
