Hate to break it to some of you but SA is but a speck of dust on the gaming world. We simply do not have the capacity of people and money to support dedicated servers for many games. GTA V uses a cloud bases system and a hybrid p2p connection system, much like destiny does. If you want to play with little to no lag move closer to the EU or get a unshaped line.
