Witcher 3 question for those with PS4 version (and ideally, PC as well)

I do have old laptops laying around, but playing the game on GOG and not Steam, so that streaming is out. And NVIDIA only streams to "Shield" devices, so that is out.

any ideas how i can stream game to TV via old laptop?

I believe streaming through Steam should still work if you add it as a non-steam game.
