Its a .co.za web site but i believe its hosted internationally, as i can not access the page either. As some .co.za sites host internationally because of prices.

Oh my page does not load, so i guess you must still have international cap.
Some times sites remove inactive accounts if they inactive for a certain number of days, or well very few times i have seen this is when a site removes most users below a certain level eg: Moderator.
