About the graphics, all the previous fallout releases allow sweetFX injections, so not too worried - can probably boost the graphics to hardware melting point

So now i see what all the fuss was about... The trailer looked pretty cool to be honest, but not visually stunning... That Dog was terrible... But as a whole it got me interested... Even more so if its a "prequel" as i (dont judge me) haven't played the previous games...

my excitement and anticipation for F4 has been greatly tempered by the ongoing love-affair with Witcher 3
Compared to Fallout 3/NV, I thought the dog looked pretty good.
I'm excited beyond measure regardless of what the damn dog looks like in the trailer. I bet it was a rushed affair because they got outed or something. As long as it's the usual cool story and keeps me engaged for weeks, I'm happy.
