Go to: psnprofiles.com
Sign up a free account
Follow the instructions to get your profile synced.
On your profile drop down menu chose: Trophy Cards.
Copy the BBCode (Most Forums)
On My gaming go to User CP > Edit Signature > Paste the text into the box and save signature.
