All players of Forza Horizon 2 on Xbox One will find a pair of Porsches awaiting collection on the Forza Hub app, effective now.

The 2012 911 GT2 RS and the 2012 Cayenne Turbo are available for free to all players of the game (regardless of whether you’ve purchased the recent Porsche expansion pack of not) but only until Friday, July 24. These newly-available Porsches are additional cars on top of the 10 featured in the Porsche expansion. This “Porsche Bonus Pack” will also reportedly allow players to unlock three achievements from the previously-released Porsche expansion.

Turn 10 announced that Porsche, the most successful manufacturer in motor racing, would be returning to the Forza franchise in a special announcement in June this year. A special Porsche expansion pack was made available for Forza Horizon 2 on Xbox One, along with confirmation that Porsche will also be a part of the upcoming Forza Motorsport 6.

The FH2 Porsche Expansion is the result of an agreement between EA (which maintains exclusive rights to Porsche vehicles in games), Porsche, and Xbox. Prior to this, the last time Porsche was part of the Forza series was Forza Motorsport 4, when a similar expansion pack was made available. Porsche was absent from Forza Motorsport 5 and the original Forza Horizon.
