Have to agree that it is too busy. My eyes didn't know where to focus. I had to look at it for a while before I could take everything in. The wooden crate background doesn't work for me either. I liked the SA flag in the HS logo, but perhaps make it a uniform colour but keep the flag pattern, like in GregRedd's post above.
Perhaps do a few iterations and post all of them.
