Has anyone tried Verdun yet ? Its a WW1 FPS that seems to be really good, I love WW1 / 2 era shooters, and this one is apparently up there with the best, its currently on sale on steam: http://store.steampowered.com/app/242860/

I bought it last night on impulse and downloaded overnight, haven't had a chance to play yet, if its anything like rising storm etc I will be very happy.

Verdun is the first multiplayer FPS set in a realistic First World War setting. The merciless trench warfare offers a unique battlefield experience, immersing you and your squad into intense battles of attack and defense.
The game takes place on the western front between 1914 and 1918, in one of the bloodiest conflicts in world history. The developers were inspired by the infamous Battle of Verdun France in 1916. The game includes many historically accurate features such as realistic WW1 weaponry, authentic uniforms and maps based on the real battlefields of France and Belgium.

I think i saw someone play it on youtube, It looks pretty cool but im not going to buy it just to play on UK servers, I've got insurgency for now that's also realistic like that game

I watched it on 3 of my fav youtube channels, Frankie, levelcap and Matimio and thought it looked rather good, but never bothered as I thought there wouldnt be any SA servers.
