I'm on Mweb 384k uncapped with a US account, last night had lag all the time, no matter what i do...was heavily shaped, forwarded SC1 ports, still ports shows as closed. SC2 was unplayable and irritating to play. Bought myself Axxess light IS unshapped account for R19. Will recommend that to anyone, with that account i had no lag what so ever, and SC2 beta was a joy to play again. Played with this guy Dragan.dragoon last night. We played several games together in 2v2. We had a strategy of i go ground he goes air. While i keep them at bay at the beginning and he helps as well. Let me tel you mass voids, talking 20 plus...and then ground support of note. We did not lose a single game, felt bit repetitive after a while. Against pros would be different story surely...This beta so far is truly epic and will be played for years to come. I can't see it any other way.
