Default What game do you wish you were a pro at?

I'm no professional gamer in any sense of the words. Nor am I a particularly good gamer. Because I've been playing games much more casually all my life, focusing more on the story than the skill level required. This is the reason why most of the times, I would play games on the lowest or a lower difficulty. But there are some games I would love to be really good at. I mean like be a pro-gamer at. Good enough that I actually can capture gameplay and show-off my l33t sk1llz.

Perhaps the fact that my gaming time is very limited, or the fact that I try and play a lot of different games are factors contributing to my lack of skills. In the end, if I had a choice, there are some games I would love to be a master at:

Kerbal Space Program - I would already see myself a fairly competent in the game, but nowhere near Scott Manley level good. I would love to master this game and all it's aspects.

Battlefield - I don't like gaming online, and perhaps it's because of the lack of skills, but I would love to be a master Battlefield gamer.

Forza Motorsport - Again, I am competent at best, but being a master driver would be awesome!

So, what games do you wish you were a master at? Are you already a master at a particular game?

Racing games. I don't even want to be a pro I just want to be able to stay on the track for every hairpin at least!

Becoming a pro in a game is where most of the fun is.It's all about noticing the mistakes you make (no matter how big or how small) and then working them into your subconscious.

KSP is easy,i've actually downloaded mods to make it harder.Making an SSTO spaceplane is probably one of the most fun things.

It's more complicated in FPS games where you have to be conscious of where you're going but subconsciously knowing where to walk, where to look, positioning yourself to take on one target at a time, putting your sights on a target before aiming and learning to stop moving before shooting at a target that you have the jump on (and also learning not shooting at a target as soon as it comes into your fov)

    Battlefield - Multiplayer
    CS: GO
GRID and Gran Turismo - Drifting in GRID is what I was good at, precision driving is not my strong suit.

    That's all for now.

Dude that is indeed an awesome feat. At the moment I'm well capable to going to the closest moons, docking and stuff like that. My attempts at SSTO's has been mixed, and I've not been able to get one space plane into a stable LKO, despite following instructions.

It comes down to practice and practice and practice and practice I think. I know what to do, I should just go out and do it over and over to get a grip on the skills needed.

Well there are a few things to take into account like:
Design:Make sure your jet engines have above 1 TWR in the atmosphere
Make sure your rocket stage has above 1 TWR in space and about 2500 Delta/V (make sure your jet engines don't feed on your rocket rocket stage fuel)

Accent is basically getting up to 10km and flattening out to 0 degrees, wait until your speed reaches about 1000ms and then start pulling up to around 45 degrees.Your jet engines will fail at around 20km but they should have catapulted you up to at least 40km,engage your rocket engine/s until your Ap is at about 75km and then shut them down.Do a maneuver node to circularize orbit and engage your rocket engines between 10-2 seconds before reaching the maneuver node (10 seconds for large SSTO's and anything below 5 seconds for smaller SSTO's)
