Hello MG friends

We've started a South African server for ARK, we're taking it very seriously, and would like to grow our player base. This is a new server, and until 10 August 2015 we are running a 2x XP & 2x Taming Speed promo, as well as a starter kit to new players upon request (containing some wood foundations, chests, walls, etc [basics]).

I've had this game since day one but ever since some troll with a lvl 127 trex destroyed my ENTIRE base (behemoth gate and everything) on one server i haven't been back to it. might give it a try some time soon.. i'm sure so much has changed in the 1-2 months

Yea man should try it out, i'd be interested in trying this server out. [MENTION=22519]ARKSEZA[/MENTION] , are the rates now just normal, same as official?

At the moment I'm trying out a local server with 3x XP / 3x Tame & and 5 x gathering or something, It seems OP but im enjoying it playing alone, as you don't need a big group to make decent progress.

Hey dude

Yeah I have a tribe there with my gf and my best mate and his wife. I have 2 other friends that may join in the next few days as well.
By far the best experience I've had on ARK. The server is stable, the people are friendly and very helpful. The admin/staff are also great.

My only fear is that the server may attract the usual dicks that try ruin other people's fun.

I reckon the 2x XP should only stay for the next week or so and then be done on weekends only but the 2x Tame and 2x Harvest should be a permanent fixture. It makes it a little easier when you start out as you don't have to rely on other people as much, it also keeps you active while not making it a chore and on the flip side not making it boring.

Increased the player cap to keep up with the demand. Also, new poll running with a shortlist on our forum. Trying to finalize XP rates for the weekend. Don't want to reboot server at all the weekend. So we keep to our 100% uptime
