Possibly because No Man's Sky is likely to tank. Nothing I've seen of it thus far has me convinced that it will be anything other than an elaborate tech demo.

I really don't want to agree, because I really want to see No Man Sky do well. But alas I have this same feeling for the game. I hope they are just bad at explaining the game and hope there is more than just exploration in the game.

I don't blame the devs either, I just think they're in way over their heads. They were set to make a $20 indie game and suddenly the entire world's eyes are on them as they're pushed to make a AAA game instead.
