In case you guys didn't know, the Logitech G35 headphones are technically just a pair of stereo headphones with an integrated (and partially proprietary in implementation) Dolby Headphone decoder in them.
Personally, I'd rather get another pair of R200 Teac headphones the like I have now and get myself a proper A/V receiver with Dolby Digital Decoding, including Dolby Headphone (read: even the cheapest ones these days have at least the default sound-stage for Dolby Headphone), and know that I can not only connect any pair of headphones I want to it, but also speakers, and a few pairs of headphones if I wanted so a few people could benefit, AND get to use the whole setup on a console as well as DVD/Blu-Ray player and PC.
Cost roughly R1.5k while I was there for the first 1k units being sold per Yodobashi Kamera store, since it was just being launched. Retails now for around R1.8k, but don't ask me how much it would cost to get it imported (5kg, it and its box are really small though, footprint is only slightly larger than an external DVD-drive).
35watt per channel for 5.1, 60watt for the subwoofer channel with a sub pre-amp output option if you want to connect a powered subwoofer.
