The heading is misleading. It's making sneaky Windows 10 downloads but does not actually install it.

Still it caught my parents and they use LTE. On one day most of their bandwidth went poof!

I luckily disabled automatic updates and downloads before it could do the same to me..

I've told the rest of my family to do the same but no one listens

Yeah it's happened to me too, got throttled after the download because I was nearing my limit
