Yeah I would. My aiming/shooting skills on the Xbox are still horrible. I struggle to hit moving targets in Rise of the Tomb Raider - probably why I haven't played more of it. It is a very beautiful game though.
Mine was also bad in the beginning. It got better over time. These days I'm a pro. After the Halo games, first person games have become second nature for me on the console. Fallout 4 is probably even more difficult to aim properly unfortunately.
