Kinda, but not as bad as you think. You can set the sensitivity. So you literally only have to turn your face a very small amount for it to turn the in-game view almost 180 degrees. You set it to what works for you. And I've seen so many videos of it. Everyone who uses it has told me that after you get used to it, there's no turning back. Some people even prefer it over VR.

It would seem like I will be getting the F710 for now. And an xbox controller later on.
