Ok we need to meet. Probably within the next few weeks.
Here's the procedures so far that we need to work on:
1. Fill in the required sections in the constitutions (this is regarding the objectives of the Gaming Society)
2. Names, student numbers and signatures of at least 25 registered students who support the formation and must become members of the society
3. Names of those external to UCT supporting the formation (this is optional but adds weight)
4. Motivation letters together with the constitution filled in
5. SRC will contact the students to arrange for an initial meeting where verbal motivation must be given. If SRC is in favour they will hold a monitoing phase.

We need to have this before end of May as the monitoring phase takes place then. Otherwise this will have to fall into next year...

Part of the assisting will be to help with the above. As well as recruit as many people as possible on UCT first then others.
