Cloud Imperium Games, the developers behind Star Citizen, are refuting allegations leveled at the studio that they're blowing the $90 million raised.
Doubt they are, compare titles over a $90mil budget and see what they have delivered compared to Star citizen.
They are however using the money to take Derek Smart to court, which actually peeves me off. Sure you can win with all costs to the person who lost. But honestly Star citizen has done such a great job so far that there is no reason to go to court.
