The gaming industry continues to thrive: outselling movies by a good margin

The latest gaming industry report called Gaming Trends 2015 from Adobe Digital Index (ADI) paints a positive of the gaming industry heading towards the future.

Awesome to see. Not too long ago many were predicting another crash of the industry. Games are a lot more expensive to purchase than going to see a movie, however, so the fact that opening-day revenues are substantially higher are not that surprising (although obviously the price is justified when considering the amount of time you can spend playing through a good game - not so much with movies).
