I can certainly see the appeal, I mean it's a really interesting concept. But this is the internet we're talking about, and I will guarantee you there will be much more people playing it to crap on someone else rather than the hardcore sim-type players. Good idea, but honestly, humanity is not ready for it.

Rampant trolling, massive refund complaints etc, if it was free to play then i would understand but i don't see how you can charge for a game and then never play it again because you lag out while playing and someone kills you.

What they should do is make "seasons" of some type, like a season lasts a month or two, and at the end the survivors can be rewarded based on how long they have survived for (so some player who starts an hour before the end doesnt get cool stuff). That was you get one life per season, you still have that sense of perma death, but at least you can start again the next season.

I love this concept but i think it needs to be slightly restructured like if you die you have to start a new character and each time you die restarting takes longer

Agree 100% Especially since it's the internet lag,hacks and all those good stuff will happen, and dying because of bullsh*t will just incise more and more rage. So again i agree, give a time period in witch you cannot play if you die , last man/men standing at the end of that time period get something cool at the end, and let people come back to play it again.
