I don't see a pre-order section on ToysRus or any mention of the promotions happening at 12.?

In this case I suppose it's normal to try until it actually loads. Eventually people will give up.

12:00:00 - sales goes live
12:00:01 - site down
13:00:00 - site still down
15:32:00 - site still down
16:30:00 - site back up. "Out of stock"

When will they learn.
