Yup, I agree completely.EA and Ubisoft games were already priced in rands on Origin. I think the reason Fallout is so much more expensive than AC:Syndicate is because Bethesda doesn't actually know that local pricing for big AAA games is around R600. Or maybe they do and they just want to milk some extra cash out of people.
I'm looking for some other examples. On Origin, The Witcher 3 is R500. On Steam it's R589, but currently on sale for R412. Far Cry 4 is R379 on Origin, but R500 on Steam. Similarly AC:Unity is R379 on Origin, but R500 on Steam. Hopefully these prices get adjusted, because it's pretty stupid to have two different prices on a platforms that both sell in rands.
