Here is a quote from the Major Nelson post in which the list was announced:

Our launch of 104 titles on Nov. 12 is just the beginning. You can expect new Xbox One Backward Compatible games to be announced on a regular basis, starting in December. More titles are on the way, including fan favorites like Halo Reach, Halo Wars, Call of Duty: Black Ops, Bioshock, Bioshock 2, Bioshock Infinite and Skate 3. Stay tuned because this just the beginning of a long list of Xbox 360 games that will run on Xbox One.
This is good news for anyone that owns any of these games. While the list is long with some awesome games on it, I can't help but wonder why Red Dead Redemption isn't anywhere to be seen. I hope it gets added in the near future

Cool, that's a big list. Most of the titles that I want on that list aren't there yet though so hopefully they will come later.

All i have in my cupboard is BLOPS2.. but I've got a very strong feeling that it will never be backwards compatible.

The list of games is weighing heavy on the Arcade side of things, with only a few "AAA" titles on the list. This I'm sure will change seeing as we will be getting all the Xbox 360 GWG free and compatible as well.

Always acknowledge a fault. This will throw those in authority off their guard and give you an opportunity to commit more (Mark Twain).
