They are still opinions nonetheless. If 1 billion people thinks that it is the greatest game ever, then good for them. That is still their opinion! You're good at rhetorical questions, so let me try: If half the earth believed something, does that make it a universal truth?So now global review scores taken from every major reviewing website in the world doesn't mean anything? So to summarize you dont need to be popular and mainstream. Or make a profit and get good review scores to be able to say your game was a success?
