Basically yes. I think it was in a louis Theroux documentary where the Bodybuilders explain how they have the "drug-enabled" shows and the "purist" shows...and how it doesnt make a difference, why sign up for the drug one when you have a better chance of winning (and aren't frowned upon etc etc) against regulars, using your masked drugs.
I recall the one cyclist talking about how ALL the top tour de france guys have to be using (not just mr "hero"), as its not humanly possible to be recovering as quick as they do to perform so consistently well. And I do believe its just a reality that we need to face.
The top athletes do, they will (eventually) be caught, but by then wtf do they care, they've lived their life on their winnings and sponsorship fees. What do they care when they're caught years later. And drug masking will always be one step ahead of drug detection.
Well that will prolly be a rulle now anyways in super rugbt this year seeing as sanzar has just stated that the tmo wil now only be used on to occasions. When a try is scored or when ther is fowl play. No other instance anymore.
If i could change one rule it would be the penalty and points deduction rule in motogp
