Being a hybrid MMO, it will not have local servers.

It's probably going to very much be the same as GTA Online is in my opinion. I could be wrong, but I think that's how it will happen.

Looks like it's region locked, and only available in America

I wonder how it will effect gameplay at a ping of 220-260ms, given its 3rd person fps shooter with RPG elements? Will you guys still buy it if that is the case?

I am keeping an eye on it but I would rather buy TC Ghost Recon Wild lands.

Sadly my GTA Online experience has been terrible, and thats excluding the hackers.

The division looks like it'll be fun but with out local servers i dunno if it will be worth it.
on the other hand the ps4 experience maybe a better option.

Perhaps the PS4 version would be better overall. I have a feeling this game will use peer to peer servers like GTA Online does. It's unfortunate, but that's life. I've only had amazing experiences on GTA so far. Sure, the peer to peer thing sucks and it's not quite what I imagined it would be, but the MP can be loads of fun.
