Get Fallout 4's DLC for free

For the first time ever, Bethesda is going to beta test its products by releasing the forthcoming Fallout 4 DLC early for approved beta testers.

I wonder if much of the DLC could contain some ideas or mods already developed by the community.
Might be cool being a beta tester but with our internet getting the latest test release might be hard since they might be done with test by the time your client finished updating.
Happened so many times with Star Citizen PTU with me.

Why are people happy about this? So instead of paying people to be playtesters, Bethesda gets the community to do it for a fraction of the price.

That's pretty unethical. This isn't an online game, you shouldn't been a semi-public beta to test your game.
