Black Ops III Starter Pack?

Campaign game mode
Ability to play in Multiplayer custom games
Ability to Prestige (your level will be capped at 55 in the Starter Pack)

Access to unranked server browser (once released)
Ability to Fresh Start your profile
The ability to access Dead Ops Arcade II and Nightmares mode

I have not played a Call of Duty multiplayer in many years.
This seems fairly cheap and I am only interested in the multiplayer so I might give it a go.

Some questions though:

• Is level 55 the max level? What do I miss out if I cannot go past level 55?
• What do I miss out if I cannot prestige?
• How many hours of gameplay does it take to reach level 55 and/or prestige?

According to IGN when you prestige in Multiplayer you have these options.

You will keep all progress made towards Weapon Levels, Challenges, and Customization. In exchange, you will receive an extra Create a Class slot and have access to Prestige Awards. Choose one of three Prestige Awards each time you Prestige.

At this time there are a max of ten prestiges in Multiplayer, but you will be able to go to Level 1000 at the tenth prestige.

Permanent Unlocks Permanently unlock any item that requires level progression. If you have already used an unlock token on the item you will receive an unlock token refund.

Refund All items that require Unlock Tokens will be re-locked and you are refunded all Unlock Tokens to spend again as you see fit. This does not affect Permanent Unlocks.

Fresh Start Completely reset all progress and start from Level 1 as though you never played in Public Match.

Basically a fancy icon/badge, new rank and some fluff for your weapons.

It seems like a lot of people are tempted for it. And I can kind of understand the temptation as it's apparently not a bad game. I played some open beta back in the day but it just didn't draw me.

Black Ops2 is still very active as well. But I guess the new features might make the starter pack worth it.
