So the Oculus is releasing in about a month with the Vive and PS VR shortly on its heels. Has anyone been saving up, is anyone planning on being an early adopter or adopting it at all? What's your stance on this whole VR thang?

Excited for the future of VR but the current prices make it really difficult to be an early adopter and for there to be a sustainable market. I'll wait and see what kind of support it gets from developers, but I just don't see there being a large userbase until it's substantially cheaper and until then I don't see any good quality AAA titles releasing.
Some games (Rocksmith comes to mind) beig in the R1000 range is already pricy. If I already sigh about that. VR is only a pipedream
Cost as well as wearing glasses puts me off. One day when the price goes down I'll look at them and see if there is somewhere in the start I can attach some of my own lenses.
Agree with everyone. Too pricey atm. Wonder how long it'll be before it comes down.
I don't have any interest.
If people are still talking about VR in 5 years, then I'll probably start paying attention. I have a feeling that if things aren't done correctly it could end up like 3DTV. 5 years ago, everyone was making a big fuss. Nowadays... no one really cares anymore.
I also wear spectacles, which makes using VR quite difficult.
