What do you wear to work?

Not sure I'd wear a suit if the rest of the crowd isn't though to be honest...can backfire quite fiercely in that people perceive it as snobbish.

I hardly ever wear a full suit but a nice button shirt, some formal pants (jeans are informal) and a proper pair of shoes goes a long way.
