Several times in the past and I always got flooded with chancers and useless CV's. Never again will I post a job ad there. I'll rather try this community that I can trust, where people can vouch for one another.

I sent it to the guy that works near me hes a junior but is in a very high skilled department so he has come along a way, waiting to see what he says
