Nice video, shows a lot of stuff, but of course, subject to change as this is still the closed alpha. I'll decide whether to get this or not after I played the open beta.

Holy crap, check the rain drops on the rifle @ around 3:50, such a small detail, but it looks incredible.
Also, check the revive @ 3:16
This is for the Medic
VirtualForce, for someone that hasn't pre-ordered the game yet, you seem very keen on it. Lol. The more I see of BF1, the more glad I become that I pre-ordered it.

hehe, I am in two minds about it...cant make up my mind, my main worry is two fold,
- Simplified vehicles and all that you can do and use. <-- What drew me to BF was the sheer amount you could do, anything from the types of land vehicles, aircraft, both choppers and planes, to the quads and what not. Just the choice you had.
- Simplified and amount of weapons you have available. <--- Again, how much will you have to use? I haven't used all the weapons in previous BF games, I tend to stick with one, master it (get 500 kills in BF4) and then move on to a next one. Also, attachments, granted, the BF4 attachement system isnt all that great, its sometimes counterintuitive, making your weapons worse. But, I liked sitting and trying to find a good selection of attachments.
But, early days, still a lot to see about the game, I guess thats why I watch everyhting I can find on it.
meh...I cant shake the worrying feeling...the game looks great and the concept sounds great...something new, but the implementation, I just wonder how well a WW1 game will be go over, where we are used to games with a more modern feel, even WW2 had a both more modern hardware in it. That plus the classes, their abilities, makes sense what LevelCap says...and on a more personal note, the lack of variety in vehicle types, but, still early beta, guess well see, ~3 months left `till release...

Yeah I hear you. But I think a lot of people resonate with WW era games, and most seem to love or adorn these genre games. Speak to most BF players or fans and they'll tell you (before release) that they wish they'd bring back an older themed game. At least the people I spoke to.
Though I do like the fact that there's no longer any blue/red triangles above peoples heads.
Dan moet jy gaan kyk na World Of Tanks of Armored Warfare!
lol, yeah, the infamous "doritos". Spamming the "Spot" button to see where ppl are, but they've made the "spotting" angle very smaller than what it was before, not sure but you cant spot anyone through smoke anymore....not sure,
Thats why I like the hardcore mode much more, no mini map so you cant be seen on the minimap. Its much more of fun gameplay type.
They've really worked a lot on BF4, listened to what the community wanted, well, most of the time anyway.
BeoTeK, here's a little video, its a little out dated with patches since it was uploaded end of 2014, but still has the general idea behind HC. Another thing DICE has done, is the ability to change your HUD exactly like you want it, you can change the colour and size of almost anything.
