One thing to also remeber and I learn't the hard way.
Is that our Steam Wallets are limited - when selling.
So even if you want to sell a Rare Skin that is Worth R6000 (+- $375), South Africa is limited to R4500 (when I sold the item).
So needless to say I sold the item INSTANTLY, as it worked out cheaper for who ever bought it in Dollars.
The T's & C's are somewhere on steam, with regards to the percentage of your sale vs your wallet vs the currently, blah blah blah
