The singularity is about to explode! Weapons are at maximum.
I went through the same thing 2 times in the past. I realised one day that I was fedup with all my games, even went out to buy 2 new games that day, one being supreme snowboarding, and I think the other one was the first Hidden and Dangerous (awesome game) I installed both and played for about 10 minutes.
I would try and do something else but I allways found myself back at my pc, just playing with my desktop icons and such. Hard to imagine me doing this, but I left my pc for about 2 weeks, got back into golf again, got back into action cricket etc, my "anti-gaming" feeling dissapeared soon enough and I was back in full swing. Then some time ago same thing happend, where I got bored with all my online games falling between games every 10- 20 minutes.
I took some time off and stayed over at my parents place quite far from where I live, away from PC's and it helped.

like many have said, just dabble in some different genres. get some action adventure or some platforming action. that new Prince of Persia is coming out soon.
I agree, try playing some indie titles, they tend to be very creative. Also try out a genre that you normally would avoid (sports, flight sim, etc for example).
