So, I've just finished the story, and I have some major story gripe to get through.

WARNING! The following Spoiler is a real big spoiler. Please don't open unless you've completed the game:

    Spoiler: show
So, I chose to "rescue" the bomb maker and not go for the Orchid plans stealing from the bank. This gave me a good option in the last battle to save thousands of people from the blasts, which I am grateful for. But, seeing as after the battle with Marchenko almost everyone died and the Human Restoration bill was passed, I feel like I got the worst possible ending. I mean like everyone died, even Miller. Shame, I was actually kinda sad to see him die, even though he was being a prick and I didn't really trust him. Now I'm sitting with more questions and loose ends than any other DX game. Why did Versalife create the Orchid? Who is The Collective, and how will they help bring the people at the top to justice? How does Morgan Everett, Mandarley and Bob Page really fit into the conspiracy? The game ended with me wanting more. The story doesn't feel like it's over. It doesn't feel like it should've ended.

So, no time for New Game +, and to try a different approach to the game.

I've heard the NG+ is pretty good and the game allows for a lot more replayability?

Yes I immediately restarted the game on NG+ because I had to change most of my choices to get a different ending. With NG+ you start off with all your aug points, inventory and cash and everything in tact, which is great. I means that you can completely change the way you play from the get go. At first I played the game without killing too many people, and my aug layout was set to that. Now that I'm unlocking different augs from the start, it opens up the game to a whole new way of playing, with different endings to main and side quests. It has a huge amount of replayability. Also, if you complete one of the side missions the first time around in which you stabilize your aug overheating problem, in NG+ you still get that and don't need to redo it in your second play through. Which means I'm gonna put a bullet into Otar's skull, the lousy prick!!

Thats awesome. The last deus ex I went through the task of trying to finish the game without being seen and or (can't remember the exact requirement) kill anyone. But you had to start over, don't believe their was a NG+. I didn't get it in the end, i must have made a mistake somewhere, and there was no way of telling if you had made a mistake.

Yeah HR didn't have a NG+ mode. Also, there are two achievements, one for ghosting the game, in other words never triggering any alarms, and the other one is never killing a single person. In DXMD's case, that includes bosses. I was a good way through doing that, but one side mission went pear shaped and I ended up blasting everyone in the face.

There is also another mode that I didn't mention: Deus Ex has a "I never asked for this" mode, a permadeath run of the entire game...that is just insane!! But I'll try that after I'm done with NG+

I heard this SINGLEPLAYER game has microtransactions in it? Is this for real?

and if so, how dare you guys support this! This is yet another nail in the coffin for pro-consumer business practices! 0_0

I haven't played the game, but I have read up on the microtransactions.

The singleplayer game is balanced as it is without you having to spend money on credits or praxis kits. The microtransactions are basically "cheats" that you have to pay for. So if you want to spend your money on it because you feel like doing it, it is up to you; but you don't have to spend anything to enjoy the game. You get sufficient credits and praxis kits are not so scarce that you feel you have to buy more.

Although I don't like microtransactions, I feel this wasn't done too badly, as it doesn't affect the game in a negative way.

I have played it, and wouldn't have even realised there were microtransaction unless I had read it here. Definitely no requirement to buy them and haven't even considered it.
