I need to make an offer on some PC components, advice is needed please?

The hardware is an HP Pro PC with 300W PSU, Mobo, Intel G630 CPU, no RAM, no HDD. Still works, I have added some RAM and a HDD and loaded Windows 10 without any issues.

I feel like offering R250, but is it enough?
