Killer Instinct: Definitive Edition Announced

Killer Instinct: Definitive Edition is coming to Xbox One September 20, Microsoft announced today. The collection will cost $40 USD.

All characters and content from Seasons 1-3 come with the new package, which includes twenty-six characters and twenty stages -- the latter boasts "visual upgrades and lighting changes."


Additionally, the Definitive Edition includes Killer Instinct Classic 1 & 2, as well as every archived song, trailer, and piece of concept art. A behind-the-scenes video exploring the history of the franchise and an interactive map that places each stage within the KI universe will also both be part of the package.

Those who purchase a physical copy will also receive a soundtrack and Gold Gargos character skin.

I got season one for free with games with gold, as long as my live gold subscription is active i can play with all the season 1 characters.
