Mate let me just help you right now, Do not bother buying a non reference partner card. The FE cards come with binned gpu's. regardless of what anyone thinks and says. That FE will perform just as well as the Sea Hawk, especially if you plan on overclocking.
I've now had 2 non reference 1080's and the FE clocked higher than both of them. The only reason to buy a non ref card would be if you weren't interested in overlcocking but wanted a faster card out of the box. Then yes I would recommend grabbing a non ref card as most of them come with fairly high oc's out of the box.
The one with the best out of box clocks would be the Gigabyte GTX 1080 Xtreme gaming. Mine boosted to 2025 on the core without me fiddling with clocks ect. The Sea Hawk on the other hand won't boost to that at stock clocks.
the only thing the Sea Hawk offers is a silent cooler and the ultra low temps.
Also remember you'll be paying around R15 500 for that Sea Hawk and if you don't plan on overclocking it, it's a complete waste of money. The FE will give you the same performance albeit with a slightly agro fan profile and slight core clock increase.
