I would add Magic Actions for Youtube.
It lets you set your default video resolution to what you want. It will autopause videos when you open a new video, so it waits for you to start the video. It will buffer the whole youtube video, not just the first part. It removes ads (if you won't have an adblocker already), it removes annotations, etc.
All of these things can be configured as well to suite your needs.
