    Default ATX Mobo

    Hi guys

Can one still spend one's hard earned money on an ATX motherboard?
All the motherboards one can find to buy with one's monies are Micro or Mini ATX.

You ever try fitting a 5870 with an aftermarket air cooler on a M-ATX board?

Yes, all major manufacturers have these...

Most Motherboards with the Intel X99 chipsets are ATX or E-ATX

I'm not quite sure you're looking in the right places if all you can find are mATX etc... methinks your budget might be limiting you?

That, and the fact that it needs to be for an AM2+/AM3 CPU.

Ahhhh, the plot thickens. Yea sadly since I dont think those are still in production, all the "good" ones will be out of stock. You might actually have better luck going 2nd hand, will definitely be worth pricewise I reckon.

I am pretty sure Minecraft and Lego games will work without that.... Thanks for the link though.

Thank you everyone else who contributed.

It seems I found one that should do the trick.
