It truly is a collectors edition since you can only collect it.

They're just getting stupid now. A "Collectors Edition" game without the game is not a CE, it's a merchandise pack. And I thought flogging "Retail Box" versions of a game with nothing but a download code in the case was the height of game company arrogance.
