Not really, considering people were shouting from Day 1 that you have to play more to get to the good stuff. I literally saw people in the Steam reviews telling reviewers with 15+ hours that they're not qualified to review the game because they haven't played enough.

I feel no sympathy for HG in this regard. If the game was disappointing, but contained all the features promised then I would be against people refunding after such long playtimes. Unfortunately people were sold a lie and therefore I feel anyone who feels mislead by pre-release advertising deserves a refund, whether they played 2 hours or 50. The scope of the game matters. We're not talking a linear 20-hour shooter. We're talking a game that (supposed to) rivals MMOs in scope.
