Don't want to upgrade to Windows 10? You now no longer have a choice.

How can M$ do this, especially since support is still offered on Windows 7 until 2020?

I find it difficult to believe that these new processors won't work at all unless M$ actually releases an update to prevent them from working. Or perhaps they will work but not as efficiently as they would on Windows 10? Either way it's a shitty move from M$! I'm having a difficult enough time trying to get our stubborn users over to Windows 7, let alone 10! Yes, I know 2016 is almost over and yet there are still people vehemently clinging to XP!

Although maybe a shock article like this is just what I need to finally convince people to start seeking out replacements, instead of constantly expecting miracles out of the IT dept. to keep their fancient applications working.

Windows 7 gamers will benefet from games made on Vulkan, so these guys not making drivers for old MS products is kinda like bullying.
What Linux is concerned, this is just a fart in a wind storm.
