Yeah, I liked the first one but the rest were a bit meh. I wanted to replay the first recently but it had all kinds of weird issues on Win10.

I got the remasters for free and I see there are some reviewers that hasn't had any issues (although they say the visual enhancements are not exactly major) so I guess I'll give the first one a try. Not expecting to be blown away, though.
One day, I'll grow up and become responsible.
    Probably not today.

This might just be the best Steam review I've ever read:

I am Kuzhov, and I'm here to ask you a question. Is a PC player not entitled to the well done port?
'No!' says the man in Sony, 'It belongs to the PS4.' 'No!' says the man in Microsoft , 'It belongs to XB1.' 'No!' says the man in 2K, 'It belongs to consoles.' I rejected those answers; instead, I chose something different. I chose the impossible. I chose... other games, games where the player would not fear lack of FOV slider, where the settings tuner would not be bound by petty video settings, Where the great Master Race would not be constrained by the console peasants! And with well done PC ports, other games can become your favourites as well.

Haha, that was great. Some funny Steam reviews are classic! Another one I found hilarious was this one:

Otherwise it looks like these launch issues are going to be addressed:

Owners of BioShock and its sequel were granted a free update to the remastered versions last week, but it hasn't been smooth sailing since. Users have identified a lack of graphics options in the new versions of the games, and playing with a mouse in BioShock has proven a pain for many.

Those problems will hopefully be sorted soon, as publisher 2K has announced its plans for updating the PC versions of the remasters. According to the Steam post, the priorities are as follows:

    • General Mouse Fixes, including better Mouse Smoothing, Sensitivity and Acceleration Options in BioShock
    • Additional Speaker Mode Options in Audio Settings in BioShock
    • Improved FoV Slider Options in BioShock, BioShock 2 and Minerva’s Den
    • Support for 21:9 display ratios in BioShock, BioShock 2 and Minerva’s Den
    • General stability improvement to reduce instances of game crashes.

Chris Livingston played the new versions last week for long enough to capture these before-and-after screenshots. There's no word on exactly when the first patch will roll out, but 2K promises it will come "soon".
