Mweb lost me as a potential customer because they gave me too much hassle and asked for too many things - apart from that they were horrible at clarifying questions, and I got conflicting information from different sources within their company. Still waiting for a reply on an e-mail I sent them 2 weeks back.
WebAfrica on the other hand, responded to my questions within minutes of me sending the e-mail - and yes, their lines aren't hogged because people are attempting to download the internet suddenly. So - all I'm waiting for now is for my ADSL line to be installed and activated; I suspect I'll be a happy camper after that.
I've heard a lot of good things about WebAfrica's levels of service - so far the impressions is decidedly favourable.
