YouTube's Heroes program allows anyone to moderate any video

Just what we need a means for people to silence the opinions of other people they don't agree with. I'm fine with rewarding people who enhance videos by captioning them with subtitles, be it for the hearing impaired or going so far as to translate them to make it more accessible for a wider audience, they definitely deserve to be rewarded. However the problem arises with what Philip DeFranco discussed in yesterday's PDS, and that basically boiled down to who watches the watchmen?
