Don't buy from evetech - horrible service and unfair business practices.

I will still be buying one of those gaming chairs there. But will never buy any kind of PC part there.

I bough a NZXT S340 Razer edition there. Something went wrong with the switch controlling the lights.
I asked if they could assist as the case was not even a year old, or help me with parts. They simply said it only has a 6 months warranty and shrugged their shoulders.

Emailed NZXT international the next day about the cases issue. They asked for my postal address and the part is on its way, free of charge. So why is Evetech so uninformed about products that they bring in and how these companies operate.

I'm concerned about them not even offering a 6month warranty on the chairs. IF the thing falls apart two months down the line then you are screwed.

And the amount of effort they make it seem for them to swap it out, you are bound to have troubles
