Being a gamer means that winning in a casino is no longer up to chance.

Except arcade games from the 90's were "skill-based" games...yet it was discovered they were rigged to be unfair and make you spend more coins the further you progressed. I'm fairly confident these games will be the same.

There is no way a casino is going to have anything on their floor that isn't tilted in their favour at all times. I mean even Basic Strategy for blackjack makes it about 50/50, and thats mitigated with the dealer using multiple decks and reshuffling those decks often.

Oh yes, theres even a setting store-owners can use as to frequency of success etc, as in how often people actually have a chance of winning/progressing.
I don't see the casino's being any different or less devious. As said in the article it's purely to pull-in the new generation...
