    I've seen arguments for both setups. Don't have any conclusive evidence to back either one, but to date the negative pressure approach has worked well for me.

    I think that depends on the positioning of you pc, on or under desk on desk heat rises so a negative pressure.
    Under the desk heat can get trapped by desk so you want a positive pressure to help keep that nasty hot air out.

    Also the ambient temp of the air going in, cooler air positive pressure.
    If you in a warm environment you want a negative pressure to move that excess heat away.

    Or at least that's how see it.
